Meet the Founder
Gole Consulting Switzerland was founded by Idil Wittmann-Abubakar in Zurich to support organizations solve complex business challenges, strengthen collaboration, and grow across international markets.
Idil has more than 15 years of international experience in business strategy, project management, intercultural communication, organizational development, and innovation.
She has worked with organizations across higher education, life sciences, entrepreneurship, and NGOs, helping leaders and teams solve strategic problems and improve the way they work.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Managerial Information Systems and Operational Management, and Master's degree in International Relations. Her work brings together business strategy, design thinking, systems thinking, and service design to create practical solutions that improve organizational performance and the experiences of customers, employees, and partners.
Throughout her career, Idil has designed an delivered leadership, organizational culture, and operational excellence programs for universities and international organizations, including Harvard University and the Zurich University of Applied Sciences.
Born in East Africa, raised between cultures, and now based in Switzerland, Idil has lived and worked internationally, fluent in four languages, she understands the opportunities and challenges of working across different cultures and business.
She believes that successful organizations grow when people work together with a shared purpose. Her approach combines clear thinking, practical solutions, and collaboration to help organizations improve performance, strengthen teams, and create lasting impact.
